Have only had the products a few days(music stand and 2 neck reading lights). So far we love them. Five stars for the customer service. Initial shipment was missing items and email to the Lilo email provided went unresponded to so sent to the "service@" email and had response from Issy who IMMEDIATELY handled to 99% satisfaction (the purple color reading light was out of stock so I was given the option of refund or different color) The lights were received in just a few days. I do wish they'd have a phone number for customer service but Issy, through emails, provided some of the best customer service I ever had.

"I have four Glocusent devices"
I have two neck lights, one desk clip-on and one pocket-sized reading clip-on. All are great for their various purposes. I have my neck light around my neck more often than not.
The only concern (not a complaint) is that the metal head of the desk clip-on gets really hot when the light level is turned up to max. Still, I would buy it again.

This company goes above and beyond to provide great products and excellent customer service! I bought a reading light several months ago, which I love, but I could not find the cord to recharge it. I wrote to the company and they sent me a new charger cord, no questions asked, and it was free of charge to me!! They really went above and beyond, and the charging cord even got to me within a few days during the busy holiday season. I will purchase more products from this company any time I have the choice for an item I want. So nice, and unusual to see such outstanding customer care these days. They couldn’t be better!

Ordered two Upgraded neckwear lights in early November and just recently one became faulty. Within one week we received a replacement hassle free and the Customer service representative Issy was outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

Product (music light) worked well for more than a year before dying. Glocusent sent a replacement within a couple of days. V impressed.
