"Oh dear"
Oh dear. A hard lesson learned in why you should heed the poor reviews instead of giving a company a fair chance to prove themselves capable. Yes, the delivery does seem to take an unusually long time, but that wasn’t a massive deal. What is a problem, is returning an item, chasing them a month later by email, website contact form, and voicemail (as no-one actually answers) to be completely ignored. Will the money ever be refunded? Who knows. A very expensive way to prove the bad reviews are 100% accurate.
