At the end of my 4 year terminal lease- paying over $3,000 for the term, i started searching for another solution to process my orders. I am a small internet order/phone sales company and Many of my sales are hand keyed. Alex Klimchenko assisted me from the beginning providing answers, solutions and overall excellent customer service. the switch was easy and quick. Tech support was also great to update my terminal to meets my specific requests. After the first 2 1/2 weeks I noticed the deposits were not matching what the daily print settlement were, I had to call and changed to get monthly billing on finance charges to better work with my daily ledger entries and keep my books accurately up to date. Rates and fees are far better than What i was being charges with Prestige Payments and there is NO terminal Fee, already saving my company $71.02 per month. So Far this Has been a great choice for my credit card processing. Thank you ProMerchant.
