Quality was inconsistent. Service dates were not kept. There was no proactive notice or attempt to quickly remedy missed service dates. I use a different lawn service now that is 10 times better communicating, showing up, and doing consistently good work.

The cut is fine and done with a reasonable attention to detail. However it is not very timely. We Often (each week) receive messages that the equipment broke and they have to postpone their scheduled cut. If you’re not in a hurry this works in a bind.

Had some issues with scheduling and service (leaving grass too long, showing up too frequently or too rarely, not plowing at all on VIP plowing service). Quickly addressed through chat, but overall I’m relieved to have moved and no longer need services.
