"I wish I had read some of the reviews…"

I wish I had read some of the reviews before entrusting my active e-commerce site with these people. Their tech support seems unable (or unwilling) to answer what should be a very basic question. After days of having a medium level support ticket totally ignored, I created a "high" level support ticket for the same incident and it was responded to with snarky "ask your script company" which i did, and my script company told me I had to get the information from the M3. Even when I brought CCBill (our e-sommerce billing company) into the loop, their tech support was not helpful. Its now been days, and my formally active and income generating site has been down with no sign of when I will ever get a response from their tech support. I suspect my review here will get a response before my tech support tickets do....

"spent thousands with this unhelpful company…"

we've spent thousands with this company and seen downtimes at critical times like the weekend over and over again. after 2 years with these people we cannot recommend anyone else join as the customer service and uptime is terrible! For anyone wanting to get their turnkey sites that connect to m3server and seem to have options like live streaming please look elsewhere as it will not function as advertised.

"Support is undoubtedly the worst."

I have been with M3 for almost a decade. The servers are great and the pricing is good and that's why I've stayed with them so long. One thing that outweighs price and stability is support. Their support is hands down the worst I have ever had to deal with.

They sell dedicated servers that cost hundreds per month but if that server goes down on weekends or after business hours then you are out of luck. They never respond to support tickets in a timely manner. They claim 24 hour support but you can call or open a ticket after business hours on weekends and you will not get an answer in a timely manner.

As I write this, my server has been down for 8 hours. It's a Sunday night, Ive opened 2 tickets and called 20 times and left numerous messages. They really don't care if your server has issues after business hours or on weekends.

This isn't the first time. Ive been with them for a very long time and my site has gone down a few times per year. I'm not just writing this because of this one experience. This has happened time and time again. I've had them on Skype and they don't answer unless its traditional business hours. They seem to think that websites take the weekends off like them.

All in all their servers are great but if they go down then you are in trouble in terms of support.

"Immaculate customer support"

I have been with m3server for over 7 years now, and right from the start they have been great. From the start of the process from migrating from the old servers to the new ones to answering customer support tickers promptly. The uptime has been amazing and can't remember a single minute of downtime since I have been with them. I would highly recommend!

"For now - we only can talk about initial support..."

Right now we are still on deployment of our new server.
So the is for now just regarding the service that the M3 Team gives us via initial setup. We surely will come back after a while when the server is running to review the overall performance and services when "live".

But back to this review. We are absolutely happy. The reaction time from M3 support is great and they are easy to work with. Ticket system is a good way to communicate and they are always getting you an update. Sometimes it is only - we are working on it. But at least you know it is not just a file somewhere.

We had some issues since we are installing with our deployment partner a software that normally needs root access. But M3 was so quick and supportive that we got it running in no time, even on their managed servers!

"Best host I've used"

They have been very responsive to every question and issue that I have had. The interface isn't the best but the uptime and speed and storage have been fantastic!
