We received a brochure in the mail so I called and talked with Brian and we decided to give KIBO a try. I have been VERY happy with the response & service that I've received from Shirley. She always answers my questions or concerns with professionalism & friendliness. Even though we've only talked on the phone I feel like we've been friends forever.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIBO. They have great employees & I feel that they are very trustworthy and honest.

I've been in business for 40 years. Over that time fees have gone up and been added regularly. I started with a 1.56% discount rate. Per transaction fees were added at $.20 each. Then they claimed the credit card companies were adding fees that were passed on to the merchant (me). I should not have to pay for rewards that the credit card companies offer to the cardholders. They should pay for their own offers. My last bill when dividing all of the fees by the total charges amounted to 6.4% that was taken from me! I was fed up. The postcard offer for $29.99 flat fee from Kibo arrived! My last bill from the other guys was more than ten times that amount. I get all of the money I bill put in my bank before 8am the next morning instead of waiting until the third business day. These guys are great! Very few cardholders complain about the fee I'll call a convenience fee. That flat fee is all I owe each month. I highly recommend Kibopay!
