I have dealt with several mortgage companies for home buying and refinancing over the last five years. I have often felt nervous and confused because mostly they were not helpful, patient or straightforward. Some were outright rude. So, when I was searching for a new mortgage company to refinance my property, I was praying to finally find one that is genuine, honest, and patient in answering my questions and explaining the terms of potential loans. He clearly described how the process would work and patiently explained the line-by-line items and numbers on the loan terms.
