I would give 5 stars to Scullion Law who were exceptional from start to finish on my recent property purchase. In particular Mohammed Desai who was the solicitor directly dealing with my conveyancing. They were approachable and extremely quick to respond. Even at the weekend Mohammed went out his way to try and move things forward so I could get the keys on the Monday. I trusted their judgement, they were thorough, professional, friendly and all for a competitive price. Highly recommend, many thanks Mohammed and Scullion Law. On a related note, another great aspect is that Mortgage Advice Brokerage are located in the same building as Scullion Law in the west end. I would also highly recommend them and David Rolleston in particular. I had been in touch with David for several years before I finally had a property offer accepted. He never once charged me, despite giving me a lot of his time. His advice was excellent and detailed and he couldn't have been more accommodating. I was delighted to have him arrange my mortgage and he got me a great deal. I would highly recommend using both these companies together. The fact they are in the same building and and work with each together just makes things so much easier. Brilliant.
