It has been 4 months since our association with AsiaTech and so far it has been a wonderful experience to use their Channel Manager. Our hotel is in India and I am based in Europe; AsiaTech helps me to manage my property internationally.

The customer service is of a top notch as majority of issues are dealt promptly - whether be it on a weekend or the time difference between India and Europe; I have always had a prompt response, especially from the Senior Executive Sanjoli Rajput.

One thing I would prefer to change is to view the pricing and room availability in one view and update accordingly. Having said that, this does not impair me update the room availability and pricing.
