"This website is a complete scam"

This website is a complete scam. I ordered a $60 paint by numbers Dec 2 with a promise that it would ship in 7-14 days but it’s December 30 and I still haven’t gotten it. Like others, it showed the package coming from China, landing at LAX, and then going back to China. When I emailed them they completely denied that my order number was from them and said I must have ordered through another website. The number listed for the company on the credit card charge says they no longer take calls. Save yourself the trouble of disputing the charge and don’t order from them.

Ordered Nov 23, 2 identical kits. Here it is, December 28 and have not received. Very misleading, making you believe you're ordering AMERICAN but in fact, it is from China. The shipping tracking # they provide takes you to a CHINESE page. I have reported this company to the BBB. I've been back and forth (emails) with the company and they're getting very rude, as they cannot answer any of my questions.

absolutely terrible. I ordered a month ago and have not received my order. It arrived at LAX and then was shipped back to china. when I tried to get assistance, they kept saying, "be reassured your package is not back in china" I will never order from this company again.

Ordered over a month and a half ago. Package hit California. But was shipped back to China to "go through a distribution center" customer service will not expedite the package mid transit, only offered 20% off my next order, never ordering again

I’ve never been so disappointed over a package. I ordered a painting of my boyfriends deceased parents to gift him on Christmas and still haven’t received it. I placed my order november 27th and it’s not December 23 and it’s still on the opposite end of the country. Nowhere near enough time to receive and paint it by Christmas Day. This was a very special gift that was ruined by a company not holding up there standards of A.express shipping times and B.overall customer service. When I contacted them about the package still not arriving all they did was send me the tracking number which I already had.

"I was not very satisfied with the colors"

I was not very satisfied with the overall quality of this product. The picture I received had some major varying characteristics from what I submitted. One person in the photo was missing feet, for example. I also think how the colors were selected was extremely poor. For a background of a sunset the colors selected were 5 different whites....when I also received a black in the set and only had one spot to put it. Seems like the selection was very poor and not taken into consideration. The quality of the paint brushes was also not impressive, the brissels of the large one all fell out.

"Good quality and fast delivery."

Glad I found this site for a thoughtful gift for my son and daughter in law for Christmas. I ordered and received it in a little less than 14 days as noted on the site. I'd suggest paying the extra to have it framed because I didn't and it is just a canvas which I will have to frame myself now. I can't wait to see it once painted but I can already see the potential with the beautiful canvas to start with. Thank you!!!

I ordered something and it said delivered but I never received it and when I emailed, there was not much help. I do not recommend.
