2020 (into 2021) was a challenging time to be looking for a job. Recruiters would contact me with "job prospects" that a reading of my resume should have made clear were not in my field. When EDI Staffing contacted me, asking if I might be interested in a position, I was pleased that they had clearly read my resume and knew what I was looking for. The first interview they lined up for was in the field and the industry where my experience lay; sadly I was their second candidate. The second position also lined up well with my skill-set, and resulted in an interview and an offer. Outstanding support and communications without hovering over my shoulder. I was following another EDI Staffing consultant in working with the customer. The customer was happy with my predecessor as well as with EDI Staffing; that makes my work much easier than having to "bat cleanup" in a tough relationship.
