Kenza was fantastic in helping us to claim back some overpaid business rates. Exacta did all the investigation work for us and kept us informed throughout the process. We were delighted when we received a refund several months later.

Initially I was contacted by Exacta by email, and generally I ignore unsolicited emails. However, this one caught my eye so we had a quick chat over the phone, and I left my rates review with them.

I wasn't expecting anything to come of it, but it did - and without divulging the figure I can say it was well worth appointing them, particularly as I did nothing other than complete a basic form.

A lady called Kenza called me saying that I was charged too much money on my rates - and truth be told I was a little sceptical at first, but after having my accountants look over everything and tell me that this was a legitimate saving, I went ahead and then about two months later got the refund.

Really pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend!
