Having never purchased a vehicle from a Car Supermarket,we were pleasantly surprised how our experience went.
We had already looked at a few cars online so basically new what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay.
We arrived at Motorpoint, Sheffield and was straight away surprised by how many cars were there, but also by the place itself. It was pretty much like a dealership inside.
We went to the reception and we were there handed over to Kacia, the sales representative..
Kacia was so helpful throughout the process of us purchasing our nearly new car. She was so pleasant, not pushy at all. She took us through everything, explaining what needed to be done (we have a cherished transfer plate on the car which needed sorting).
Kacia literally sorted everything out for us and was very knowledgable about the process.
This was such a good experience, we did not feel pressurised at any point, but all our questions were answered.
We will definitely return when we want to renew, and hopefully Kacia will still be there to help us
