Purchased vertical radiators for the first time from radiatorking. Their prices were competitive and had what i was after. Placed order online. Radiators were delivered within 3 days. Packaged well and quality looked good. I ordered thermostatic valves too, but was send 1 standard valve. I contacted them through live web chat on their website. I was able to upload a photo of the valve and without any problem they delivered a new valve the next day and collected the incorrect valve. I cant complain with their delivery and customer service.
