"Purchased a Groupon for the class"

Purchased a Groupon for the class. Class was fine, just long waiting for everyone to get set up. Jay was patient. Also, was not expecting all the added charges which were not specified on my Groupon.
In response to your answer, I had to contact you to inform you that the Groupon did not have the additional $10 fee listed when I purchased mine. It was added to the description after that. I have my Groupon and it says nothing about the $10. Also, you register after you purchase your Groupon so after the fact is no help at the time of purchase. Also, to be charged $5 to print your certificate was a bit much.
Im not going to go back and forth with you. I purchased an online concealed weapon course which did not have the $10 upgrade fee listed until after I contacted your office. Also, there was no printing expense or materials/supplies on your end. I printed my own certificate and supplied my own amo at the range. No further response from me!!
