I started taking the apple cider vinegar capsules a couple of weeks ago due to severe digestion issues. I've had my gallbladder removed and have a history of kidney stones. These were recommended to me and I honestly notice a big difference. My acid reflux was so horrible, it would wake me up throughout the night. After taking these for a couple weeks, I am no longer suffering from the acid reflux. This is a big deal for me.

I started out taking one twice a day, but then switched to two once daily in the morning. May be in my head, but I feel better as well. Seems like I have more energy in the afternoon when I had been sluggish before starting this product. I would highly recommend.

I was worried at first but they are easy to swallow and definitely 100% better than swallowing the liquid ACV.
