Abysmal customer service. I had to follow up with them before they shipped. Item didn't arrive. Vape Mountain ignored me for four weeks before telling me they would not fulfil a £10 order.

Buy from literally anywhere else. This is a scam.

I order from this Vape Mountain last Sunday and I have had no order confirmation, no dispatch email and no age confirmation email. All I have had is £30 taken out of my bank account. No reply to emails and no answer on their phone. I know it’s rough times at the minute but if a business is still going to be open and sell products, they must maintain their customer service. I am appalled, money has gone down the drain. Do not purchase from this website

Purchased 5 shortfills , with available and in stock indicated on website , took my money , thank God I payed via PayPal ! 3 days later I phoned to ask why my order hadn't been dispatched only to be told that the items I bought were not in stock , they never emailed me to tell me this !!! No doubt they would of kept my money had I not phoned them to find out !!! Never again !!! Steer clear of them ! Should be reported to the police for attempted scam!!! Update the products have still got available on site!!!!
