"Nice carpet, shame about the fitters."

Nice carpet, fitters did a fairly reasonable job apart from putting the waste carpet in our skip without asking (would have expected them to take it away) and taking chunks out of the wallpaper that I had just put up without telling us. We didn't notice that until after they had gone. They also left bits of carpet and gripper lying around which could have resulted in a nasty injury if someone had stepped on it barefoot. Won't use them again.

"Amazing customer service"

After a having terrible experience at another local carpet store (we had been waiting months for them to replace a faulty carpet, and also received terrible customer service), Quedgeley Carpets saved the day. A man named Michael helped us find the perfect replacement living room carpet, almost identical to the one we had before. We were having our faulty carpet removed on the Monday, although they originally had no space to fit our new carpet until 2 weeks later , Michael rang the fitter and squeezed us in on the Wednesday. We were so grateful for this as we would have gone 2 weeks without carpet otherwise.
He also showed us some laminate for downstairs. Safe to say we will definitely use Quedgeley carpets again for carpet or flooring.
