Excellent customer service. When my bike arrived it was too big. The exchange was no problem to them and in less that a week they collected and re delivered another on.

I ordered something online but before it was despatched realised that I needed some other parts that would not have qualified for free delivery. It was easy to amend the existing order to add the other bits and save a bit. All arrived and all good.

Great value and had a voucher code too. Unfortunately the bike was dispatched 4 days (2 working days) late. And it came with a different inferior groupset without warning. I know this is mentioned as a possibility on the website but it was very disappointing that it was microshift rather than shimano. The gears were also set up poorly out of the box- limit screws were miles off and both derailleurs needed re-indexing. I’d use them again simply for the value, but the service wasn’t what I’d hoped for. The customer service responded quickly though which was good.
