"EICR was incorrectly failed"

EICR was incorrectly failed and I was sent a quote for £228 to fix problem that did not exist. I had to make numerous calls to get the EICR certificate corrected. It seems from other reviews that I am not alone in this experience so I can't put this down to a genuine mistake

He took time to explain this to me and organised for the remedial work to be done at a good price. He then sent me the certificate once works were complete. Will definitely use again.
