Have not yet received my order as it was delivered to a different adress for some reason. However I have used them before and it has happened once before and was sorted out quickly and easily then so hopefully will be this time I'll change the review if and when that happens.

Final update lowered from 3* after 4days of back and forth they are indeed calling me a liar have said its the same adress when photos have at least 2 clear differences had to get refund through bank.

Yes, I have had a couple of emails. I was initially asked for a picture of my front door an order number. Then you wanted a picture of the inside, then you come back and said DPD say they delivered it, and now I've heard nothing since after I asked if you're calling me a liar. And said that I just want my order or refund or I won't be using you again in the future. I've used you before. Had one issue where it didn't turn up. You guys handled it great this time. It's like you don't want to know, and they're basically saying it's not your problem..

I have replied with the other picture you asked for if you have not received it i will send again but at this point I think I'm going to get the bank to refund me and look for another supplier it's been nearly a week I been trying to sort this out.
