I am so grateful to have found Houtan and Crestico Funding! Words could not describe how blessed I feel to have found him! I was stuck in a financial situation that was tough for me to get out of, and had spoken to my credit union and one other bank about my home loan, which advised me I had to wait another year before they were able to fund me. I found Houtan on Yelp, and based on his great reviews, I decided to follow through with him and Crestico Funding. I spoke to him around mid-July and was funded by September! When I had been waiting on my Credit Union for 6 months before I decided to move on somewhere else! (Logix Federal Credit Union if it means anything to anyone) Although he seemed to be a mortgage broker with lots of clientele NEVER once did I feel I was second to anybody. Even when he was on vacation he responded quickly to my emails when I really wasn't expecting him to. Houtan is truly a perfectionist in his profession, and a Blessing in disguise for me in my life. I will MOST DEFINITELY recommend Houtan and Crestico to anybody and everybody! I could not thank you enough Houtan!
