I wanted to buy a whole TIG welding kit and have been very impressed by Weldmet and their range of products. John went above and beyond to find the right equipment, as well as all the gears necessary for my new set up. Really appreciated that John took the time to assemble and test everything together and give me some advice to achieve the best results out of my new kit. Definitely recommend.

"Awful. Avoid"

Awful. Truly Awful. Ordered some welding consumables 7 days ago last Monday that were listed on their webpage. Nothing about "out of stock" or the like

Tuesday telephoned them late in the afternoon to confirm they had been shipped only to be told they were out of stock and they would be with me Thursday or Friday.

Telephoned Friday to be told they had only just been shipped but would be with me Saturday. I thought, sounds like Bovine Fecal Matter but I'd wait and see.

Monday has been and gone, all the couriers have been and it still isn't here. Called them, they couldn't give me the tracking number.

Honestly don't bother. They don't communicate with you, they wait for you to chase them and then they feed you complete rubbish.

To Weldmet: List what is in and what is not in stock on your webpage. Give the customer truthful information not half truths and fibs!

Called through with an order to check they had the item in stock as we were desperate for next day delivery. I called a couple of times and everyone I spoke to couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

Quick one-stop shop for ARC equipment. Wasn't sure at first if they could deliver to rural Scotland, but all resolved through online chat.
