Avoid at all costs. The firm lied on a regular basis, horrifically slow at coming back (at times email 3/4 times over 6 weeks without a reply, including not answering the phone. Result was a lot less than advised initially and then asked to give me £500 of my fee that they deducted if I was to put something in the local press to say how good they were despite them knowing I had made a complaint against them! So basically they bride you to make a good comment about them!!
