I had an issue with my very first order and previously rated them a two, but their Customer Service extended themselves and made a supreme effort to rectify the issue. I have not actually used the product yet but I’m giving them a four just on Customer Service. If product is even half as good they shall rate a full five stars

The shipping dept needs training in how to ship the product properly. The glass jars need to be surrounded by packing materials and not just stuffed on top. The box should be marked fragile. This is never done and the product arrives broken or ruined almost every time.

We LOVE this product and had been having difficulty finding it. Stores have begun to stock Watcharee products, but for some reason, not Massaman. So glad to have found it, and we received it fast. Can't wait to make our next massaman curry dinner!
