Vishal is excellent at making and keeping contact with you and ensuring that you are kept updated with every step of the process of renting your property. Photos of my property were taken at the start of the week and within 24 hours he had three offers made on our property, references were completed and tenants are now due to move in at the start of the month. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with my previous agent, aware of this Vishal has been very considerate and informative during this process and reassured me every step of the way that using Niche Estates is the right choice, so much so he is now the managing agent as well.
