The episode started badly with no phone call to respond to my message. However David rang 11 am which with being busy resulted in a call back at 2pm (as arranged). After 55 minutes the problem was resolved with David also locating a video to show how a new cartridge (first time on this printer) was to be fitted. Thank you David

Initially I was wary of giving David my details. But,as time went on and he helped me so much -by explaining why and how the PC worked I became more confident in his abiliy to help me. He explained everything in simple language and allowed me to participate in putting in verification details etc. He was kind and very easy to talk to. We discussed payment and he was very good at explaining costs and we were able to come to a conclusion over the invoice that suited us both. He gave me his details for contact and said I could phone at any time which was music to my ears as I have been trying for a long time to put my PC right. I would recommend that any one with a PC problem contact him, he was good about it. I must have driven him mad !! Can think of several thingsto ask him will but will have some more thought first.

David patient and helpful. Solved my computer problem - slow - took 2 hours. Payment was tricky as the first attempt my bank told it was "fraudulant" but following morning payment went straight through.

I have been having problems with my computer over the past few days. Printer Care called me back and without any hassle or even much time, was able to fix things for me. They also cleaned up my computer which, I am sorry to say, it needed! I am very happy with the work that they have done and will know where to go the next time anything happens. Thank you Printer Care
