Very easy process for researching what you’re getting and ordering. The video explaining how the chairs are refurbished was what sold me because I knew what I was getting. In addition to their short people chair choices video (turns out most of us are “short” in the business world). Not super fast shipping but arrived on time, well packaged, and as ordered. The seat is way more cushioned than I thought it would be and upholstery looks brand new. The chair just has a weird click going on with the backrest but maybe that’s a setting I haven’t figured out yet. I wish they had an ergo person! I’ve had no luck finding a good one but starting with a good chair at a reasonable price!

"Great product, great shipping"

They did a great job of packaging a very heavy product (extra large standing desk converter) for shipment. It was protected from freight damage without making it difficult to get out of the box. The product itself is awesome. It is clearly durable and well-made enough to last years. I am a tiny woman and am able to adjust the position of the desk easily, even though it is loaded up with my multiple monitors, laptop, docking station, keyboard, desk phone, large dunkin iced coffee, etc. It glides smoothly from one position to the next and stops precisely where you want it to. No worries about splashing your coffee or compromising on your ideal height because you have to choose between different tiers. You can adjust the angle of the keyboard shelf for your arms’ comfort. The cable control features are very helpful, especially the little clip for the keyboard and mouse cables. It is all very thoughtfully designed. Overall I can’t recommend this brand enough
