There was no pressure in the initial visit from Matthew, when he came to measure up and explain the different options in readiness for a quotation, which was then emailed the same day. We chose to go with the shutters made at their warehouse in Kent, which was one reason for choosing this company. I was contacted, when they were ready and an installation date agreed. George arrived at the agreed time to install them, it was all very professionally installed and they look amazing, the quality is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending The Shutters Studio.
