"No staff"

I have tried calling, emailing and even through Facebook. I'm shocked it's this hard with mental illnesses. I would give zero stars if I could.

I couldn’t make an appointment at first although I paid for it. I called tech support and they connected me but then I couldn’t get a summary of the visit. I called 3 times but they couldn’t help me
The doctor was nice but technical issues were very upsetting I don’t think I’d use it again

"Was looking for a couple of things"

Was looking for a couple of things. Did not want to go to a doctor's waiting room so tele-medicine sounded great. Had been paying basically $100 every three months for doctor's appointment and now without insurance, was looking for cost effective alternative. Sami-aid's $60.00 telemedicine seemed like a great alternative. Quick, easy, and the doctor was friendly. Then can reality. The doctor prescribed the extended release version on my medication. Cost originally with Kroger card, $2.00. New cost with Kroger card $245.00. On top of that, only a 30 day prescription with no refill. Bottom line, I can go back to my original doctor and pay $106 every three months or $425.00 for three months with Sami-Aid. I will be going back to my doctor.

This service helped me out in a BIG way! Whoever is in charge of giving bonuses out, they definitely need to give a hefty one to Michael!! He assisted me so many times and was very patient, professional and so pleasant. Great service, from admin to Doctor to nurse Jean!! I don't have health insurance and my current job doesnt afford me to have cash in savings.... so I am very thankful that I found SAMI-aid and MDLive 💋

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had a horrible UTI and really needed to some meds before things got worse. The call center agents were so helpful; they were with me every step of the way. I was really nervous at first (because I'd never used them), but now I'll never use another online urgent care.

In today's world , there is always a little trepidation when it comes to doing business on line.
However, This was one of the best decisions I've made recently. The Doctor was wonderful .. professional and prompt. My prescription was called into my pharmacy within minutes of completion of our call. An outstanding follow up call came just after to check on my satisfaction. She was great as well. Overall great experience. I definitely recommend this service. I'll be using this again. Thank you so much.
