My tutor Marie was fantastic. I was anxious and unsure of starting an apprenticeship, but with the support of Marie throughout the last year I have reached my end-point assessment feeling confident in my knowledge and ability in my job. Marie was patient with me and listened to any concerns I had, was clear in communication and gave me belief in myself. She was always quick in her responses and made herself available to me if I needed help. Her encouragement for the duration of my apprenticeship has helped me to grow in my job-role and develop into a more confident and skilled team-leader.

I recently attended the 3-day 'Get Recognised' course with Lisa at the Tamworth Job 22 office, and it was an outstanding experience! Every session was insightful, multifaceted, in-depth, and at the same time, truly enjoyable. The course provided useful tools and strategies for job hunting, making it an essential experience for anyone looking to secure meaningful employment.
One of the biggest takeaways for me was discovering my own Unique Selling Point (USP). It helped me better understand my strengths and how I can present them effectively. Another key lesson was learning the importance of not only understanding potential workplaces but also deeply reflecting on whether they align with who I am and where I truly fit. Plus, it was a fantastic opportunity to set fresh goals in my career and life again.
This course helped boost my confidence, knowledge, and skills by allowing me to recognize my soft and hard skills once again. It was a great reminder of what I have to offer and how to present that effectively to employers.
Most importantly, it gave me valuable insight into how to perform well in high-quality interviews, refine my CV even further, and approach the actual job search process more strategically.

I enjoyed basically everything my course included but i feel the best part was how we debated almost everything we were taught and i felt free to have open conversation about all topics. I feel like i have taken away that there is always something else you could be doing better but that doesnt mean your ever doing bad and that has boosted my confidence loads and will surely help me in finding jobs in the future so very special thanks to Lisa ward who was the tutor in this course for giving me a great experience and for opening my eyes.

I finished the ESOL Entry 3 course and I am very happy with this experience. Initially I was a little skeptical about online learning, but teacher Ava proved to me that she can teach/learn excellently online. I am very happy that I had her as my teacher. She is involved and attentive to everyone's needs. She is aware that each of the students has a different learning style and always made sure that each of us got something out of that course. Even though it was a short course of only 8 weeks, it was an intense one that helped me improve my English. I recommend this course to everyone and especially if you have the opportunity to choose with Ms. Ava! Thank you for everything!
