Matt played a significant role recently leading the CEO's and senior teams of a group of charities, social enterprises to come together with the aim of forming a stronger, more aligned strategy for the wider benefit of a region.

The aim was to create a greater impact by working collectively, utilising each others capabilities rather than as generally is the case where all fighting for the same causes but independently.

Matt's role was to bring focus, alignment and structure to the group helping them identify opportunity, challenges and structured ways to operate.

This work was delivered over a series of workshops with structured outputs, actions and an immediate working arrangement.

Matt was highly effective, maintained great balance and focus in discussion and very much ensured that everyone maintained an eye on the potential of the work underway.

I reached out to Good Labs as I came into a new post with a new organisation in need of a new strategic plan (2021). This period unsettled by the nature of change, in need of a strategy which reflected our history and roots, but set a clear vision for the future. Matt was excellent at collating the views of many, to succinctly tell the story of who we are, but in addition help us define who we were going to become. Matt helped the staff team connect with themselves, the organisation and take part in the development of our future.
I reached out again to Matt and Good labs to support a newly forming charity which was in need of support as it transitioned out of a larger organisation. This newly forming entity was in need of guidance and shaping but given the complexities, this work needed a skilled negotiator and communicator in order to tease out a new direction. Matt supported this work brilliantly.
