After contacting Customer Service and the email being re-sent and again not arriving they sent confirmation via a different account and all good.

My departure flight time moved earlier meaning I needed to arrive at the car park 2 hours earlier. Emailed FHR on a Sunday and I got a response back in under 24hrs, no need to change the booking as I had a 3hr grace period. Excellent to have such a quick response back, thanks to Chloe!
