"Fake reviews below, poor service, not what was promised"

It’s interesting that after some bad reviews within a week they have multiple reviews all written the same about how the program is the real deal. We signed up for this program and we have yet to find any discounted flights, in fact they were more expensive and their travel agents just stop responding. Two of their sales reps told us if we want to cancel we can just stop paying so we will see. They do have an amazing sales pitch though.

It’s super easy to use to plan and book with the concierge staff and of course booking on my own on the site. I love that I can book flights, hotels, car rentals, and even activities all in one place. I had to cancel a hotel once because I accidentally booked the wrong one, and the refund process was a easy. my money was back in just three days. Their points system is also a nice perk. I’ve applied them to future trips for even more savings. This site really does it all!

Tramerigo has become my favorite place to search my trips algorithm is accurate and I always save a reasonable amount. I only paid 4K for the membership and I’m hoping that on my next vacation I save the remaining amount to get my ROI. Almost there!!!

One day, I got an email saying I’d booked a hotel in another state. Confused, I checked the site and found two reservations I didn’t make. When I called customer service, they were incredibly understanding. They canceled both bookings, including one that had already passed the cancellation deadline… Turns out my sister made these bookings lol oops… she accidentally booked in my name, but after all of that, we got it rebooked. My point is though, is that their willingness to help means so much to me I’m so grateful for their excellent service!

For my last trip from Los Angeles to Bangkok, I scored round-trip tickets for just $268 plus taxes and fees bringing it to $362 per person. That’s an insane deal! The only slight snag was adjusting one of the return dates, which took a bit of effort with the airline. Still, for the price I paid, it was more than worth it. I’ll definitely keep using Tramerigo for my future travels.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to give Tramerigo credit where it’s due. I’ve used their site to plan trips to Colorado, Florida, and even London a couple of months ago. The money I’ve saved has been pretty good over $1300 on my London trip alone! The rare issues I’ve faced were quickly resolved, and they even helped me find alternative accommodations when needed. If you’re looking to travel smart and save big, I’d recommend giving them a try.
