I've been with shadyshosting for around 4 month now and i can't fault them with anything, the times I've needed support they have responded back promptly. usually within an hour or so. They've only had 1 outage since i joined which was planned maintenance on the server, i was notified 3 days before this so i had time to notify my players of the downtime. I would recommend them to others as you won't be disappointed with their service.

I have been with shadyshosting since they first established in 2009 and i must say they have kept there promise with security and uptime i have never once experienced major downtime with them (other than network upgrades/ planned maintenace) if anything has been happening they have always notified me by email. they have even assisted me with my own website when i couldn’t do things, and they never charged me! they offer the cheapest prices i have ever found and i thought it was to good to be true at first, but they are the most honest company i have been with, they have never lied to me about anything, i highly recommend you go with shadyshosting.com! i have my own dedicated server with them and its outstanding!
