"Poor quality and poor service support"

sadly, ISP mint service is not very good. It’s consistently having problems probably about 3 to 4 times a week if not more I have to call support .
For over a year I’ve at least had great service where they were helpful and urgent to solve the never ending problem . Unfortunately, now they’ve changed things and they will not help you at all until very small windows of time.
ISP Mint is definitely not worth the hundred dollars, unfortunately I can’t have anything else because I live in a tiny home but I would definitely not use there services if you have options .

"I have had ispMint for over a year"

I have had ispMint for over a year. I run a lot of electronics on it and have never had a problem. The one I had, they told me how to reset my modem in less than ten minutes I was up and running again.

Yes, they ask a lot of questions because they want you to have the best service possible. And there are some areas where it will not work. As I said in my first review--you do need to get cellphone service. If you don't, this will not work for you since you need satellite service then (Avoid HugesNet like the plague).

If you want great internet with lightning fast speeds for a reasonable price--this is it. As I'm typing this, my spouse is on a computer streaming a movie. I have my laptop open and an RPG game going and I have music in the background on this computer with my email open and another program and it is like what I had when on cable in the FL. I'm in the middle of nowhere, but I do have a good phone signal. And that is all you need.

"I cannot believe that we have screaming…"

I cannot believe that we have screaming fast internet after all these years of abosolute garbage satellite. And they were less than HALF the cost of Starlink! I was thinking there was no way they could be good, but it was free to try so I said, why not. Holy crap it is so good. Sometimes we are getting 120mb download. averages around 70mb for us. We USED to get 1mb with satellite!! We stream tv and movies all day every day now.

Great company , great customer service. Andrea helped me out a lot. Especially understanding how her company works and how they help the people. My family always struggled for Wi-Fi in the mountains. Never could stream movies , tv shows ECT but now we can … highly recommend!!

"Finally found good internet "

I’m so glad I found this Internet service. I’ve lived here for several years and could never find a service that worked for me. Now I can finally watch my TV shows. Their customer service is also great.

"Best Internet Ever"

I absolutely love this internet, I can take it anywhere with me. I use it at home to work, in the car traveling with the kids and even took it camping! Customer service is the best ever. They are so kind and I love that they really care.

"Worse Service ,Horrible Customer Service Fraud"

After months of slow to no speed service I bought the antennas they said would boost speed,$139 plus wiring and adapters another 50 .speed improved but still spotty and down sometimes causing me to constantly reset.I own my router bought from them for 299. SERVICE I pay for unlimited 119.00 a month .My 5G connection dissapeared several months ago and tech support couldnt help me restore gave me several things to try ,which I did but only able to connect to 2.4G .Called back to ask if there was another fix and they said we will swap router (Again ) then proceeded to cancel my service paid just 7 days ago so I now have nothing ,and when I log into account it shows no active service no payment history and a new bill for 20 dollars. No one answering my numerous messages and now I have no internet and need for work and school ,I will have to find service elsewhere and I'm out all money for equipment bought.I am veteran and a working nurse and they have been rude to me and now messed my life up. They claim veteran owned and operated which is why I chose them but have treated me a fellow veteran horrible.

False advertising.

1- slowest speed. Average
90 to 128k. (And I'm in NYC.)

2-Maximum THROTTLING.

3-ITS not 5G, like they
claim, it also
roaming throttled bandwidth from other isps.
Wich you can simply sign
Up for directly.

(They are not doing any break thru work, like they brag about) it's 3rd party 4g.

4-Non existent misleading and rude staff.
(I was told I may be laid off
As a client!)

Was sent wrong over priced router, and charged another 90 dollars to 'fix' bill date.
Other untold fees.

And read Hugh disclaimer
On 6 inch phone.

Was promised at least 350 terabytes monthly, and at 128k speeds it would take a
Calculator, no where near, close to what I was told.

They love telling you about serving in the Navy and

I don't recommend any of
Them unless you actually travel so much you need roaming can deal with the insane throttling.

No matter what the isp
They use will place you in
A throttle list of net limbo.

I don't like being taken for a ride while lied to.

"Don't believe them."

I ordered their 7 day trial package about October 25th and told them I wouldn't be in town until the 4th of November and not to ship it until then. Girl told me don't worry if it gets there early you'll still have 7 days from the 4th. It apparently arrived on the 31st . only getting 2.6 mobs, same as I already have, I called to cancel on the 10th of November and was told I would have to pay for a full month because I was outside the 7-Day window. She said she would " look into it." I think we all know what's going to happen here. Bottom line, I wouldn't believe anything they told me.
