I think Interfit have disappeared off the face of the planet with no warning and no ongoing support. The websites with firmware are no longer live.

"Over exposure in TTL and firmware has error for balger"
I bought two S1 when they were first available, and then two balger unleashed. I used them a few times outdoors. Each time I found the pictures turned out over exposed when I set the flashes in TTL. One day I did a test, and found the ALL 4 lights had about 1.5-2 stops over exposure when set on TTL. Besides, I found the wireless trigger for Nikon did not work correctly with balder. Group B is NOT independent. By saying this I mean the group B light will listen to all other groups, A and C, whichever is changed last group B will take that setting. This is very frustrating. I contacted their tech support twice over a year ago. First time someone reponded to me and told me the problem would be corrected in their next release. Second time no one bothered to respond. But to this day, I have not seen their new release of firmware. This is a simple problem to fix. Not sure why they did not pay attention.

"Non-existent customer service contact"
I purchased a popup backdrop a couple of months back and while the screen is of good quality, the attachment that fixes it to the stand seems to be broken. I've emailed interfit on both sales@ and help@ email addresses (the help@ one bounces back and tells me to use the sales address) as well as leaving voicemails but no one has ever gotten back to me. Really really disappointing as I would have thought that this would be easily fixed. Cannot recommend this company as there is no help should you need it.

"Exceeded my expectations"
Very pleased with my purchase from Interfit.
I ordered the Interfit LM8 600 Bi-Colour LED Two Panel Kit and it arrived the next day!
Also, the quality of the panels with solid controls, the stands, and the bags are excellent. The two panels came in their own padded bags, the stands have a padded bag and there's an extra bag which houses both panels together!
Seriously pleased, definitely recommend.

"No firmware update in 3 years !"
I’m a professional photographer and have used Interfit strobes for years. But today my Interfit strobes are useless..
Interfit have had more than a year to do a firmware update, to make them work with my Nikon Z9, but still no new firmware.
The Lastest Update are dated 20/08/2019!!
I will now sell my interfit strobes, and by from another make that supports the new cameras, Godox, pro, broncolor ect.
I am very sorry you do not develop your firmware anymore. Thus making your products obsolete.

"Good customer service"
Excellent customer service from Interfit Photo, I had to return an item and they responded to my message relatively quickly. They also emailed me when they had processed my return / actioned the refund, which was appreciated. It would be useful if the website had more detailed photos of the products, thats only thing to improve on. Nevertheless, will definitely buy more from them in the future.

"Interfit Flash er uegnet til prof. fotografer"
Ja så skete det sgu igen og er ikke meget for at anmelde dårlige virksomheder, men nogen gange er det eneste rigtige at gøre, hvis det kan hjælpe andre.
Købte en Badger Unleashed sidste år til et projekt og det klarede den fint, men da jeg her til sommer ville bruge den igen, var den stået af (dvs. kun LED/pilotlyset virkede) bestilte et nyt flashrør hjem fra Interfit UK, men det viste sig desværre ikke at være det. Kontaktede Interfit i UK og spurgte hvor der kunne sidde en sikring i flashen (tænkte den måske var sprunget) men efter lidt e-mails frem og tilbage, desværre med fejlinformationer (da flashen åbenbart ikke har en sikring) indvilget de sig i at spørge hvornår jeg havde købt flashen og om der var garanti på? Det viste jeg ikke, så jeg skulle sende dem faktura. Som aftalt så gjort, men derefter hørte jeg aldrig mere fra dem? Det er det man kalder meget dårlig kundeservice.
Selvom det er en billig flash, tænkte jeg nu alligevel om det ikke kunne være det værd at sende den på værksted herhjemme (det var nok bare en løs forbindelse). Som gammel fotohandler, kender jeg flere reparatører og efter at ha talt med to værksteder herhjemme og begge fortalte ret enslydende at "det var noget billigt l..." og ingen af dem ville røre flashen. Ja så opgav jeg at kontakte det 3. værksted.
Har efterfølgende kontaktede Interfit igen og forelagt dem udtalelserne fra de to værksteder her i Danmark og eneste svar var at de kendte et uafhængigt værksted i England, der godt kunne kigge på flashen. Da de så ønskede at vi skulle starte forfra og jeg skulle sende fakturaer igen, så stoppede "legen" og jeg gav dem besked på, at de bare gå tilbage i deres e-mail korrespondance, hvis de ville vide mere og at jeg fremadrettet ikke ville anbefale dem til kollegaer og fotohandlere, da det er noget billigt skidt og at deres kundeservice er elendig og uegnet for professionelle fotografer.
Jeg har ikke hørt fra dem siden, så de er pænt ligeglade med deres rygte og omtaler.

Very bad experience with my flash (Honey Badger) products, Honey Badger, defective since the beginning and no one can help me; huge money waste for a student.
