I needed the panels quickly and after phoning they dispatched them. The delivery company got things wrong so straight away new panels were sent. Great service.

I only received part of my order as the courier had lost one of the two packages. This is pretty standard these days. What is not standard is the exceptional customer care I experienced when I contacted the company. Everyone I spoke to went out of their way to be apologetic, friendly and helpful and the matter was quickly resolved. This kind of courtesy is so rare these days and it really made a world of difference.
