After setting on hold for 15 mins waiting for the technical support team, I had an operator answer the phone and all she could do was take my information and tell me a support specialist would be in touch with me. I have had this equipment for several days and have called several times with ZERO results from the so called support team. If I do not receive a call back today I will be cancelling this service and looking at a better option, I am 3 mins from Titans Savaryn office and I was told when I purchased this equipment I would be able to pick it up. Well they put it on a courier and I had to wait an extra day for delivery, not an issue on my part but it may have cost Titan unneeded courier expenses. It seems like a very disorganized company. I guess sometimes trying to buy local isn't always the best option.
