The more time I spend re-reading what they've sent me, the more I'm convinced this whole thing is an AI overlay. They're driven by keywords, rather than what the words actually mean in the context of my experience or the context of the sentence. Furthermore, the tone of the writing does not feel appropriate for my age or experience. I did not pay the extra upgrade fee to have a phone conversation with the writer but am somewhat skeptical my writer is an actual human rather than an AI bot. I may revise this review if I can get achieve a satisfactory outcome, but at this point, I'm not feeling like hiring this service was a good idea. It would have been cheaper, easier, and less frustrating simply to keep feeding resume and cover revisions into Chat GPT. That's free, and you you know it's AI so aren't irritated when it comes back as gibberish. Spend your money on something else!

They were late by several days to start. They first sent a resume in 9pt font. My feedback was you need to edit for conciseness and make it 12pt font. They sent back 10pt font and explained why a small font was acceptable. I responded with you need to edit for conciseness and make it 12pt font. They made it 12pt font, expanded it to 2 pages, and made no edits for conciseness. I'd have been MUCH better off submitting it to ChatGPT.

The resume they wrote looked like an undergrad spilled too many words across the page and did nothing to communicate my skills and experience. It screamed, "somebody or something else wrote this for me." The Thank You Letter and Cover Letter were twice as long as most decision maker's attention spans and were perfect examples of covering up poor communication with too many words.
