"I just ordered a certain product from…"

I just ordered a certain product from them which has been confirmed. I have emailed them multiple times asking for a timeframe for my dispatch and product queries but they don’t even pay attention to my emails.
And I don’t even know when or if I will receive my products or not.

Infelizmente com as compras on-line, vai ser sempre inevitável acontecerem problemas com expedição ou entrega. A forma como a empresa responde a essas problemas faz toda a diferença. No meu caso, fiz uma encomenda (de um valor bastante elevado), que não estava disponível para envio. No espaço de um ou dois dias, a devolução do valor pago aconteceu de uma maneira super rápida e eficiente. Como digo, foram excelentes a resolver o problema. Já tive meses à espera de devoluções noutras empresas. Este tipo de inconvenientes vão sempre acontecer e a resposta da empresa é o que marca a diferença. sem dúvida que vou voltar a fazer negócio, porque confio completamente na marca!

I ordered a Guerlain product on 15th May, but I have not received it yet. Meanwhile, though the website showed that the order has been shipped, no tracking number is provided. What’s worse, I wrote a email two weeks ago to contact them but no reply. And I wrote another email recently, still no reply. Bad services and won’t buy again

First time to deal with them, ordered some KÉRASTASE products, order shipped and delivered from Portugal to Saudi Arabia within 8 days despite all the current restrictions due to Covid-19. Order was shipped by DHL and arrived in good condition. Overall I am very pleased with such experience and I highly recommend this seller.

I do not recommend dealing with this site my shipment took a month did not receive I want a refund they claim that the shipment under their responsibility will arrive and did not arrive for now and no refund
