Nel 2022 avevamo deciso di vendere la nostra casa con terreni nel comune di Sinalunga. Dopo tentativi con altre agenzie siamo entrati in contatto con Asia nel mese di maggio 2023. In base alla nostra buona impressione di Asia e del contratto chiaro abbiamo deciso di vendere la proprietà con "Rolling Hills".
Asia ha subito fatto una pubblicazione sul sito "Rolling Hills" con testo e fotografie fatte da lei molto convincenti. Quasi tempestivamente ci ha portato clienti e uno di loro si è subito deciso per la nostra casa. Avevamo trovato l'acquirente.

Un’agente migliore sarebbe difficile trovarlo. Siamo soddisfatti pienamente e impressionati anche della sua presenza immediata.
Siccome non potevamo essere presenti per firmare l’atto dal notaio, abbiamo stipulato una procura per Asia.
Anche nel redigere il testo dell’atto Asia è stata presente quando sorgevano delle difficoltà.

We put our property in Castiglion Fiorentino on the market in July this year thinking it may take a while to sell, but within a couple of weeks the lovely Asia had found us a buyer. The whole process went very smoothly with Asia keeping us up to date with everything. Nothing was too much trouble for her. As we live in England she dealt with everything for us. I can highly recommend the agency if you are looking to sell a property.
