I have used my-cpe before for my EA credits. They offer both on line and on demand. My schedule is very hectic and I can't always make appointments. The on demand visuals are great. You can download the material and pause it if you need to at any time. I will be using them in the future. I have also used their chat when I couldn't print something and they immediately helped in a very short time.
