Sent me a pre-approval and applied and was rejected. Scam! Waste of your time. Do not do it!!!

"Fast and Easy loan"

The loan was fast and the application was super easy. The finance charge for the loan is not too bad for these types of loans and with the quick payback if I need more to make it through the year I will be able to pay off this loan and recieve another right about the time I will need it.

"Worst Customer Service"

Submitted an application, received notice they needed to verify some information and needed some copies of info. Sent over copies of the info requested 6 different times over a week. I Called each day to ensure they received them and to make sure they were good, and was told each time they were, only to get an email again the very next day that the can't verify the information I sent over and they again need copies.
It has been the worst customer service experience ever!! No one cares,No one called to assist to explain what the challenge is. I called and talked to a supervisor to help and still no help, just talked in circles.
If I could give a zero, I would on this review!
This company doesn't care, go to someone who values you as a potential customer, willing to assist, and cares about your experience!!!
