"STAY AWAY FROM WATCHEXTRA.COM"
I called watchextra.com prior to buying a kid's watch. The person answered all my questions and I was impressed there was a person who answered my call almost immediately.
After purchase experience was absolutely horrible. I was only able to reach a person once for support. Making the suggested changes on the watch did not resolve issues. The email support form on website never responded. The watch's position was about 10 miles away.
When I returned the watch with everything that it came with, they deducted 25% of the price.
I then purchased a Gizmo kid's watch from Verizon and am very happy with it.
Stay away from watchextra.com if you need any support from them.
===============================
Seller posted incorrect information. Watch was reset before shipment. Watch could not have been scratched since the protective thin plastic was still on watch.
Good luck to anyone who would need support. As I reported earlier, 24/7 should include holidays. Seller did not respond to multiple forms submitted through the webpage. Watch would support ONLY 1 app on Android which is very poorly designed and provides inaccurate location. If you are planning to monitor your child, - ask yourself if it is worth a cheap watch.

"Not user freindly"
Mentioning 24/7 support, but then saying will get back in 12 hours. Also, the website is buggy, some wheel popup blocks the website, and hard to read the text from mobile.
