"Order placed on 14th Jan 24"

We placed an order on 14th January 2024. This was never received so we called and chased them. We were told they were dispatched via Royal Mail. They agreed to send replacement items but again these have never been received and despite trying to chase, they never answer the phone, return voicemails or reply to emails. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!

My package got lost due to the Christmas rush, contacted the company and spoke to Matt, the customer service is exceptional! I will definitely be using CRS in the future!
