The support you get, the learning resources it’s amazing, these guys are absolutely wonderful to study through, they give great feedback when doing assessments so if things need to be worked on there aren’t any language barriers or issues, I will be studying my diploma through these guys I have nothing but praise for them. "Disappointing Customer Service and Inflexibility with Certificate Name"

I recently completed the course with MAT. While the course itself was good, I had a frustrating experience with their student support, especially Laura. She was not helpful, and communication was poor. I requested my certificate be issued with my full name (as in my USI record), but they only used my first and last name. Despite reaching out, I received no response, and they refused to make any changes. Other training providers have been more flexible. Very disappointing overall.
