Yes Glazing waited 19 days to chase up on product sign off which created knock on delays to my project.

They will say it is my fault for not replying in time, and have all kinds of excuses for why they did not chase me in those 19 days, but the fact a better level of service could have been delivered to someone buying a much cheaper product.

I chose YES Glazing to replace kitchen and bedroom bi-folds. From start to finish, they provided a really professional high quality service. I was kept fully informed of all stages of my order. The installation took place over 2 days with a team of 3. They were really professional, covered all areas, removed coverings at the end of each day and cleaned after themselves. The quality of the sliding doors are superb, the narrow central glazing bars mean that the view out is virtually unrestricted and the finish and making good was excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
