Our company has been using Foodee for our daily meals for over 2 years. Service overall is pretty good after resolving delivery issues. It’s been consistent and things are going well. There are a variety of meal options available. However, we have a set budget for our meals, so some restaurants are not within our budget which is a bummer as their menu options are awesome. There are times when we have technical glitches, but our sales manager is always on top of it. She is a joy to work with. This type of service is convenient and meets our needs.

"Model is inflexible."
Food consistently late, poorly labeled, cold. This is the restaurants fault to be sure, but Foodee selects the restaurant to partner with and should communicate their expectations if they want to be a successful business.
Additionally, Foodee adds a 15% upcharge per item in addition to charging $5 per user, on TOP of the restaurant's own upcharge. This stretches your individual meal budget to the absolute limit. They also offer no option to cover the difference to the individual user, so if you've got a $20 limit, and your Burrito plus a drink is $20.01 (this happens with frequently), you're out of luck, you can only get the burrito or the drink, not both. Great way to sink company morale by leaving everyone only half fulfilled. $20 should be more than sufficient to feed someone, but you'll find yourself spending all of that just to get 1 item and having to leave $5 on the table because the pricing doesn't fit.

"Worst Service Ever"
Literally the worst company ever. Food is always cold, orders are late nearly everyday, and the food looks like it's been sitting out to dry for hours. How a company overcharges each meal just to send food to your office stays in business is beyond me.

our company has been using Foodee for a while for large orders, but miscommunication and mistake happens regularly; there are missing meal orders, missing labels, late deliveries and technical glitches. the thing that displease us the most is Foodee's solution. they only apologies by emails, after few more questions there will be no response from the account manager. there is no accountability when things go wrong, and unfortunately the trust between us has reached to a low point.

Foodee has been such a relief for our office. We get a steady flow of restaurants to choose from, and the custom meals are delivered to our office on the daily. If there are ever any problems, Foodee goes out of their way to make it right.
