"1st class price for third class service"

Payed for 1st class delivery and take 7 days to arrive.
They have No interested in customer service.
I will not be using them again if this is the level of service.

Surprised that the average reviews here are high. Found the website clunky, particularly when inputting addresses. Also the free delivery is misleading. Was prompted to spend an extra few quid to get it but at the check out it was added back in. When I phoned (to ask something else) I mentioned this and was told unfortunately some products don`t qualify for free shipping. I think they should say that when you`re ordering.
What was worse was that because they couldn`t ship in one go (some came from Draper) I was told that I needed to pay shipping a second time to receive the second part of the consignment.
They need to get their act together to get at least as far as honesty

I received constant email from Farming Parts despite never asking for them. I could see no way to unsubscribe on their emails. When I queried them they said that there was an email link at the bottom of their email but there was not. I emailed them asking to be unsubscribed but am still receiving emails.

I ordered a product off this website, when ordering the product it stated on the website that there were two in stock, the next day I received a phone call from them saying my product was out of stock and that they could offer me a similar product for €190 extra, when I asked what the difference between the products were the lady did not know and just told me they were much the same. Very disappointing.
